Let Park Property Group help you relocate

Relocating to a new city is overwhelming by itself, without adding the daunting task of shopping for a place for your family in addition to finding the right Realtor. At Park Property Group, I understand this, and I am an expert in relocation. I have a long history of finding buyers the right home by going through a very specific checklist to help you efficiently narrow your options.

When most buyers go into home search mode - they may wind up with 50+ listings to consider. It should go without saying that's too many homes to see first hand if you're limited on time! I can help you to narrow your search down to a couple dozen houses, keeping these things in mind:

  • Before leaving town, arrange your needs into one list. Then write your wants in another. If a property comes up short on your must-haves, there's no need to even spend time looking at it.
  • Know your budget. If you are going to get a home loan, have your pre-approved amount prior to seeing listings so we can eliminate homes which exceed your price range.
  • Think about drive time to work or other interests. Traffic around Clearwater could be different than what you're accustomed to, so tell me how long a commute you're willing to undertake.

Before we meet in person, I could send you my picks for possible homes. Or if you've got a list of properties in mind, let me know what you've found. While seeing listing photos on the web is great, there's nothing like visiting homes in person. I can arrange any necessary appointments and map a route. By planning ahead, we could visit 8 or 10 homes in a single day.
