Relocating to the Florida or Clearwater area

Relocating to a new city is fraught with enough problems, without adding the daunting task of searching for a place for your family plus finding a Realtor you can trust. At Park Property Group, I understand this, and I am an expert in relocation. I have a long history of finding buyers the right home by following a refined process to help get you straight to the properties you need to see.

When relocating, you probably won't have the time to look at every house for sale. Most likely, you'll get tour 20 to 25, so pare down the list first thing with this advice:

  • Come into town with two lists: One should be of things you require in your new home. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house doesn't even meet your needs, we can naturally take it out of the list.
  • Know your budget. If you are going to get a home loan, have your pre-approved amount in advance so we can eliminate homes beyond your budget.
  • Think about drive time to your job or other interests. Traffic in the Clearwater area could be different than what you're accustomed to, so let me know how long a commute you're willing to undertake.

Before we meet in person, I could send you recommendations for possible homes. Or you might already have some favorite listings you could share with me based on your own research. While virtual tours and photos are great, there's nothing like visiting homes in person. Let me set up any necessary appointments and map a route. We could go to up to 8 or 10 homes in a single day if we work efficiently.
