Moving to the Clearwater area?

Moving to a new town can push someone to their mental limits, without mixing in the daunting task of finding a place to live in addition to finding the right Realtor. At Park Property Group, I understand this, and I am an expert in relocation. I have a long history of finding buyers the right home by going through a very specific checklist to help you efficiently narrow your options.

When relocating, you often don't have the luxury of looking at every conceivable area listing. Most likely, you'll get be shown 20 to 25, so pare down that list first thing with these tips:

  • Arrive into town with two lists: One should be of things you must have. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house doesn't even meet your needs, we can naturally eliminate it from the list.
  • Know your budget. If you are getting a mortgage, secure your pre-approved amount prior to seeing listings so we can eliminate homes out of your price range.
  • Consider drive time to your job or other interests. Traffic around Clearwater could be different than what you're used to, so let me know how long a commute you're willing to undertake.

Before we meet in person, I could send you recommendations for properties we should see first. Or if you've got a list of properties in mind, let me know what you've found. While virtual tours and photos are helpful, there's nothing like touring homes in person. I can schedule any necessary appointments with other Realtors or homeowners and map a route. If we work efficiently, we could see 8 or 10 homes in a single day.
